His name is Aaron Bushnell

Why do I feel like he is still alive? I mean I really hope he is because I don’t trust the news. Eh but he shook my world. I really can’t stop thinking about him and what he did. I really hope no one ever takes this Route. We need more beautiful souls like him to be alive in this messy world.

If you see the self immolation video you will see he is not alive…sad it had to resort to ending his life but his message will live on forever

I read he died 7 hours after taken to the hospital and that he did not die on spot. Where’s his family or funeral? I mean either ways, I’m having very hard time accepting that he is gone. I wish no one really takes this decision ever, ppl like me are then traumatized and cannot function.

Frankly, it would be astounding if he could survive. He burned until he collapsed before they started putting the flames out. Death was mercy at that point. He knew what he was doing and faced it head-on.

The lady from the self-immolation in December is still in critical support. It's really hard to find details for that event, though.

I didn’t watch the video, I’m too traumatized from the news alone. Do you think it’s a possibility he is also in critical condition like that lady? Because they are trying to cover up everything as much as they can. I mean he did find some secret Info as reported by his friend.

No, he passed, and at that point recovery would have been a life of hell.

I suggest watching the video, it's his message that Bushnell wanted to show. I am the type where my imagination can run wild, and the video for me gave closure when I saw it uncensored. It isn't gory, there are flames, clothes fall, and his skin is charred, but that's the worst of it.

He yells "Free Palestine" multiple times, and then the pain hits him. He regains control and says "Free Palestine" again. He the stands resolute as long as he has control of himself. It is a powerful video.

I will always remember and honor his name. But I really wish no one ever thinks this is okay. We can protest without harming ourselves

I found closure in it as well. It’s definitely not what I was expecting based on how people described it but I will forever honor him but I hate he had to do it this way.
