FYI this is one of many inmates who have passed away at this facility. For years locals have shouted and screamed at the lack of details and facts that don't add up about these previous deaths. More people need to be talking about this

Standing by, witness to countless violations of policy at it's simplest. Unfortunately, things will never change inside these systems until they really figure out how to dismantle the 'brotherhood' of these institutions.

You can see how a few of the bystanders are uncomfortable, but the power of the brotherhood prevails. If they intervene, it is seen as an assault against the entire coalition itself. And the coalition makes sure that you understand what will happen if you waiver your support! In one small moment of trying to uphold human decency, you can be ousted and chastised in an environment that relies on the protection and inclusion of the collective brotherhood. CO's will retaliate using inmates and put you in risky situations. Bosses will retaliate with grueling job details and life becomes one giant nightmare of retribution. It's also why these institutions have a revolving door that is constantly trying to fill vacancy. People with any moral fortitude don't last.

I will guarantee right now, the brotherhood is locking arms together and telling newbies fear filled cautionary tails about CO's dying at the hands of inmates. How society doesn't understand what it's like in this 'world' and providing pointless tips and tricks to keep yourself "out of trouble". Meanwhile the bystanders of this incident are sitting at home wishing that they recognized it wasn't ever worth working there in the first fuckin place but hey, that's the price you're going to pay for the love of the brotherhood!
