This game is hand down one of the best games I’ve ever played! A true gem that doesn’t get enough recognition! Get it while it’s hot ! I guarantee you won’t regret it :)

If I had to describe it I’d say it’s a mix of true crime and gta 5. It’s open world, tons to do, and looks stunning! Especially on the series X!

It was incredibly ahead of its time and I would for sure buy a real remake on day one. Hell I don’t even believe in pre ordering anymore but for this game I’d make an exception. This game definitely deserved a sequel and to be a franchise, we need something GTA styled story wise to hold us over in between the Grand Theft Auto and Mafia releases. Saints Row 1 & 2 was fire but it honestly got so bad that Saints Row 3 now seems like a classic and I didn’t like it when it came out
It is one game I always ask people if they have ever played. If they say no I tell them to wait for a sale and buy it. They usually come back a month later thanking me. I own it on both Xbox and PlayStation and have played it multiple times. I prefer this game over the yakuza series all day every day

One thing you should add to your description is it isn’t yakuza… the story is way more serious and doesn’t have that eastern humor like Yakuza has…. Also the combat is way better in my opinion. People on Xbox may have tried yakuza on game pass and not liked it, so they might think this game is similar and it isn’t. Your description of the true crime meets GTA is perfect though.
I haven't played Judgement yet but dude... Lost Judgement was so damn good! It's one of my favorite games of all-time now. I'm gonna have to snag Judgement when it's on sale again so I can finally play it. I love the Yakuza games too but for me, they just don't compare to Lost Judgement. Hope we get a new one soon.

The DLC that was included in the main story was cool. But I really didn't like the side story DLC, I wished they had added more to the main story instead.

I bought it years ago on sale but still haven’t tried it out. After reading some comments, I probably will give it a shot… After I get through Hitman, Indiana Jones, Mafia, and Nobody Wants to Die.

Ok, lots of us own this and know it’s great, yes. I still think it’s under the radar so you maybe exaggerating the value of the deal but not the game itself. I’d recommend this one to everybody who hasn’t played and enjoys this type of gameplay at all
I wanted to like and play this game, but within 15 minutes I started to get motion sickness due to the way character is so up close and stuff moving around. And, there is no FOV slider which is usually the quick fix for people like me. I gave up and now it's in my backlog of 'don't play' game list in my steam.
Your correct ! I originally was introduced to the game years ago on the Xbox 360 when it was a free game w gold! Been in love ever since! I replay it once a year 💪🏻
I would like to play it but the game is not in the German Xbox store (I guess it's to brutal for our dumb laws like so many other games). So I changed the country to Austria and then it shows but I can't buy it because I need to put an address in. And I got the series s so no disc I have to download it.
Personally I’m not sure how to get around that but I almost guarantee if u made a post in the sleeping dogs Reddit someone else will have been in a similar situation and may know a work around! I really hope someone can help ya !
Gotta be my fave open world game ever ! The city feels alive in a way I can’t describe. Plus it’s very immersive, all buildings are generated so u never have to “load” into a building when u walk through the doors and if u leave a car somewhere it’ll still be there when u go back later 🙏🏻

No lag usually isn't an issue, right now there's an outage so I can't play any games rn. But normally it's great for vacations and playing new gen games
it was really affordable in steam during halloween sale i bought in just INR 108 and i really love this game like GTA series this game really needs a sequel because it have ton of potential with story missions and side missions

I love all of the cantonese banter. They really nailed the culture and atmosphere I just wish the driving was enjoyable but otherwise it is a great game.

Idk man I wanted to like titanfall 2 it was a cool concept and the movement was sick but just couldn’t get into it. Played for a week or two and haven’t picked it up since. Maybe I’ll try revisiting it some time I still have the disc for Xbox one
