That's a drone. It's basically a Cessna like aircraft with a remote piloting system and a bomb inside it.

An Embraer 190 passenger plane belonging to Azerbaijan Airlines crashed this morning near Aktau, Kazakhstan. The aircraft was carrying 67 people, including five crew members. Tragically, 38 people lost their lives in the crash, while 32 passengers survived. All survivors were seated in the tail section of the plane.

The flight, en route from Baku to Grozny, deviated from its planned course and attempted an emergency landing. The plane took off from Baku at 03:55 UTC and was originally bound for Grozny, Russia. Preliminary reports suggest that the plane may have encountered a bird strike or other emergency situation, leading to the crash. The cause of the crash is still under investigation, with authorities examining all possible scenarios.

Flight tracking data shows that the altitude of the aircraft changed over 100 times in the final 74 minutes of its flight, reaching extreme values from minus 8,300 ft./min. to very steep climbs of up to 8,300 ft./min.
