Yes, the President signs it, which he did to keep the government running. You know, so the military still gets their paychecks. The House of Representatives is Republican by majority. Are you following?

They had a bipartisan plan where these things were included. Trump and Elon Musk told them in no uncertain terms to Not pass the legislation. They went back and cut funding, including 190 million for childrenā€™s cancer research and represented the bill in accordance to what they were told. Does your brain understand what is happening yet?

You are an embarrassment, probably to even other republicans with how idiotic you sound defending this as Biden. It was all over the news and well reported on. It doesnā€™t matter whoā€™s in office when it comes to these types of spending bills. It is dictated by the party who has control of the House. Right now, thatā€™s your party. Please do better in the future not to spout off if you donā€™t understand how the government works.
