And it doesn't help that the man seems to be an immigrant. He was just dying to get under his skin. Threatened? The only threatening presence is him.

It looks like Davis is getting in the Uber guys face as he calls the Uber guy the aggressor. This is truly pitiful behavior, and should be condemned. Then accusing the Uber driver of antisemitism was sick. Davis should be ashamed.
