Compare Subaru one, new 86 GT300 has clearly different like production car. The front grill is very big.

The new GR86's grille (road version) is actually really that big as in shaped like a big rectangle (Gazoo Racing's signature look), while the road version of the BRZ has a smaller one almost look like it's smiling

Does this car use production chassis with roll cage and other structural reinforcement? Does gt300 regulation allow fully bespoke chassis like full tube frame chassis or carbon monocoque?

The GR86 is a GTA-GT300 car.
In GT300 you have 3 different types of cars racing each other.
- FIA GT3 cars (we really don't need any more explanation for this)
- GTA-GT300 cars, you still use a production road car chassis (albeit very heavily modified) and you can put any kinds of engine as long as it coming from the same manufacturer (hence why the BRZ is using an EJ from WRX and the Supra, Prius, & GR86 are using the NA V8 from RC F GT3). Recently having a resurgence in number and performance on the grid. (The BRZ won last year's championship)
- Mother Chassis cars, this is your full silhouette cars with bespoke tube frame chassis made by Dome & an unbranded Nissan V8 engine. Designed to be the cheaper solution to enter Super GT, the MC86 use this regulation (i forgot if the Lotus Evora is still competing or not but it also uses this regulation).

From memory, GT300 only requires the A pillars and roof to be from the production car, so the rest of the chassis can be bespoke. (There are plenty of reasons to go bespoke - weight, weight distribution, suspension design, and basic dimensions like wheelbase (for something short wheelbase you can get a pretty significant wheelbase stretch).)
Also, the engine (for homologations starting in 2016) has to be in the same basic place as the stock engine. (So, a front-engined car has to stay front-engined - this affected the Prius, which for 2019 had to become front-engined instead of mid-engined.)

i forgot if the Lotus Evora is still competing or not
The No. 2 Lotus is still in the series and won one of last year's races through a lucky SC break for them, but the Cars Tokai/Inging team has admitted that they might be looking to change to a GTA-GT300 car in the near future.

Oh yeah! I forgot about that hahaha..
Maybe Inging is the third team that was rumored to use the third GR86 GT300? I do remember some rumors of a third team to adopt that car after Shade Racing.

Guys, since we're talking about SuperGT, where can I watch it this season? I watch it in 2020 on TheRace but last year it wasn't there....

Motorsports.com have the rights for it now through subscription. Although i think people aren't that satisfied with the service itself.
If you want to, you can just wait for around a week until Super GT's YT channel upload the whole thing on YouTube (Both qualifying & race).
Shame that The Race lost both rights to stream Super GT (Motorsport.com) & Super Formula (Red Bull Motorsport). I really like Sam Collins commentary there.

We don't usually find out where the English rights are going until a week to a few days before the season starts. English audience just isn't a priority for them.

Is it based on a production chassis (at least central cell) like the BRZ or is it a Mother Chassis like the previous Tsuchiya GT300 86 ?

Not a Mother Chassis; it’s a JAF-GT300, like the BRZ, so it is indeed loosely based on the production chassis.
The Mother Chassis seems to be dying a slow death; as far as I know, only one MC will be entered in the series this year. There hasn’t been a competitive MC in years, while the JAF-GT300s were the class of the field last year.

To be fair, Mother Chassis was originally built to combat the ever increasing number of GT3 while locally produced cars were getting scarce so they made a cheaper alternative to go race in GT300, isn't it?
GTA planned to announce the 2nd Gen Mother Chassis but still no news till this day. Maybe they delay the announcement after they saw the mini-revival of GTA-GT300 with very competitive result.(?)

Correct, Mother Chassis is built to combat the continuing influx of GT3 cars in GT300 and I'm not surprised if GTA had been delaying plans for a new Mother Chassis generation given the resurgence of JAF-GT300 cars that we have recently. The competitiveness of the Supra from the get-go coupled with the BRZ finally becoming reliable enough to clinch a title and APR launching the new GR86 probably caused some headaches within GTA on whether they should continue the MC regs or not.

u/razgriz2520 Toyota Gazoo GR010 #7 Jan 17 '22
Though there's a possibility we won't see a new MC cars in the future, I actually hope MC can continue on. The huge variety of cars with different philosophy (regulation) in GT300 is what makes Super GT so entertaining.

It's a GTA-GT300 car like the BRZ, Prius, & GR Supra, not a Mother Chassis car.

Yes, there were two Prius GT300 run by Apr, Hybrid (Blue Livery) & Non-Hybrid (Fluorescent Yellow).
The Hybrid Prius will keep on going in 2022, while they retire the Non-Hybrid Prius and replace it with this GR86.
There is another team who will adopt this new GR86 GT300 called Shade Racing, with a rumored third team to adopt the new car.

the aero philosophy looks similar to the Prius (makes sense since APR also runs the prius)

Awesome. Super GT is really the only high level series left on the planet with this kind of freedom.
