The guy with the laptop makes it look like a breakdown, but the film crew makes me think it was a photo-op and was just being transported by flatbed truck. the car looks like a pain in the ass to drive around town and it's loud enough to need ear protection inside.

That unbearable loud part kinda surprised me but I guess it shouldn’t. Insulation = extra weight and space. Still for a road car you’d think it wouldn’t be that much. And by doing so you leave the door open for the $500,000 upgrade package that ditches the insulation and has different color wheels!Â

If we all thought hearing ricers or coal rollers with no mufflers was bad, here's an unmuffled V12 to shatter your ear drums for the crime of being within 100yd of it!

I dream to see a return of Alonso in the WEC with the new Aston Martin LMH

That is one of the more realistic, dare I say obvious next step I see for Alonso when he finally decides to leave the F1 team, he already has a bespoke car made for him, and now a Valkyrie delivered, I'm fairly certain he'll get a red carpet to the Hypercar team if they competing for wins around 2026/27. I struggle to imagine Alonso not racing something when he retires from F1.

This. From my understanding, re-signing with AMR was heavily influenced by his future racing opportunities after F1 and as a brand ambassador.

And he is no stranger to top-level prototypes with 2 LeMans and a Daytona win.

Side note, having now seen the new 2025 Vanquish… my god, that has to be the best looking car I’ve seen for a long time

Nah bro told his dad to give him one when Newey was working on them

But did he take delivery yet? I guess it doesn't matter since his dad will probably just buy a newey for him.

Funny thing is it almost immediately broke down and had to be trucked away

Saw that this had broken down before I saw that he had just taken delivery today....

Hear me out. What if there was an agreement where Alonso’s contract gets bought out, also gifted this car in exchange for Newey+Ver 🤯

Pix 4 looks like he’s piloting a light aircraft like a Cessna

Good to hear he gotten his new collection. However, it doesn’t mean he would come back WEC with Aston Martin.

Good for him, but I'm missing the relevancy of this.
It's an Aston Martin F1 driver receiving an Aston Martin road car

Hence, the "Off-Topic" flair.
It's also 2018–19 FIA WEC world champion and 2-times 24h Le Mans winner, and there will be Valkyrie LMH in FIA WEC next year.

While it makes sense, It's kinda funny that Max got his first.
