How long until you got energy back?

I'm on 23 ish days, very fatigued. I do have several underlying conditions and am nearly 60 but I have slowed down significantly since I stopped smoking.

Hard to tell.

It feels like I have two types of energy; mental and fysical.

After day 3 I got a fysical energy rush that lasted to day 14. Mentally I was tired though. Around day 90 it obviously changed though; mentally active but my body not anymore.

It turned out my smoking hid ADHD, IBS and probably also tiredness from my epilepsy medication lol. If you notice after 3 months still a severe tiredness, on one of the areas or both; go to your GP.

3-4 months is not weird for your body and mind to recover and act up. But keep listening to yourself and body okay!

Congrats on day 23!

I got a bit of a return of energy around the 1 month mark then it tanked again. I’m now at the 2 months mark and it’s getting better. I’m just trying to roll with it and try to let my body rest and heal.
