What are some good manners/social etiquette?

I’ve always had a bit of a rough personality. I was homeless for six years living on a beach during Covid; and I lost touch with society. My gawkiness is very apparent. Is there any quick social rules or common courtesy that I could attain?

Just be yourself. You don't need to change as long as you are polite (as in say hello/please/thank you at appropriate times), and respectful (show an interest, and empathy towards other people).Avoid talking money or politics unless you know someone well. Be modest- loud/arrogant puts people off.

And please tell everyone what it was like living on a beach during Covid! (just kidding, but I for one would love to know!)

This is super basic, but I think saying hello, please, and thank you, can go a long way.
