my girl hasn't updated since the 11th, and I only got her for Christmas today

Sometimes it takes time to get another ping. My guy once went 22 days without an update.

there are usually only two or three different animals that are shared between everyone who buys the bracelets from what i’ve seen. i have a turtle one

May also have a delay in the satellite pings due to many people probably receiving the same gift. My hammerhead chum has been recently pinged by kitty hawk, yesterday. The previous ping he was near Massachusetts.

Go to fahlo.com. They have a dozen or more animals. Sea creatures, polar bears and African animals. They donate some of your money to conservation. Use the b2g1 code. Watch out... It's addicting.
