I feel like people are misreading this one. She’s using this leverage to get the House republicans to capitulate on Gaetz—to protect Gaetz by not releasing the reports. They’ll either bend to her (on Trump’s behalf) or call her bluff, but there’s no way that should actually follow through on this.

That said, I’ll give her credit for at least understanding how to wield power when she has it.

Oh no doubt. This is a warning shot to all of them but I like it. I would love to see a, "challenge accepted" moment and just open the floodgates and void all the NDA's.

Also agree that the wingnuts on the right constantly show us how they are not afraid to use whatever power they have. I wish dems fought as hard (or at all) for good things the way right-wingers fight for horrible things.
