Word is it was Fred's idea. Probably a bit of a stick in the eye to Red Bull over Max and Jos not being able to drive a car together.

Cool to see Charles there too. In the videos he has as big of a smile as Carlos Sr. and Jr. I am sure part of Charles is my dad can't be here but at least Carlos and his dad can do this and he is happy for them.

I think both of them do a great job of keeping what happens on track separate from how they interact with each other off the track.

Thought it was cool in the footage to see Charles and Carlos Sr clearly talking about how the how the car was reacting on the track.

They are quite similar in height. Sainz is wearing racing shoes and Leclerc is wearing some tall ass sneakers.
