Weekly Thread What Are You Wearing Wednesday - Weekly Gear Thread

It's that time of week already...the gear thread! What have you picked up lately? What's working for you now that it's whatever season you believe it to be in your particular location? What have you put through rigorous testing that's proved worthy of use? We want to know!

To clear up some confusion: We’re not actually asking what you’re wearing today. It’s just a catchy name for the thread. This is the weekly gear discussion thread, so discuss gear!

NOTE: For you Runnitors looking to sell/trade any running gear (as well as bib transfers), head over to /r/therunningrack.

I got two rabbit running shirts for Christmas! I’m already obsessed with them - softest shirt I’ve ever felt.

Picked up some new Dick's sporting goods cold weather compression shirt and leggings, with a sailor moon tshirt and popfit shorts to layer because Chicago winters are COLD lol.

I just really hate that running gear isnt really made for plus size bodies. Not all of us on the pavement are thin!

We've been prettt lucky so far with the weather. Those couple days where it was sub 10 outside, I got away with a longsleeve, tshirt, and a hoodie, with long underwear under my sweatpants

Good! Stretch the lifetime of every single thing you own, especially running gear.

If what you own already meets your existing use cases, you don't need anything else.

Your wallet and the planet will both thank you.

Have the Brookes glycerin. Got some Santa money. Curious if anyone has trained in these and switch to something else ? I have no issues with them what so ever, I’m actually on my second pair. Just looking for opinions

I like those, Ghosts, Triumphs, 1080s, etc for cushy shoes.

Santa brought me some ASICS Gel Kaynos, a Spyder Active Hoodie. I also got some Leukotape because my Saucony’s starting trying to eat my heels…..
