I’m more excited for the internet breaking fallout on reddit than the trailer at this point

I get being exclusive and mysterious and what not, but only 1 trailer and next to no info with a relesease date in less than a year seems wild. I get keeping things in check, but there should be more info out at this point

With how much they’ve spent on this game the marketing budget should be equally insane. I’m assuming they want to avoid specifics till they are sure they won’t face delays and ramp up advertising for the 6 months or so till launch.

Yeah, I think we’ll be in for a treat with whatever comes next and I’m sure pleasantly surprised soon

I just hope this damn game comes out before 2030 at this point. Hype momentum really dies down when you announce a game and wait literal years for even a morsel of information

I'm pretty sure it will come out before then. This game has been in development for a while and we got the first trailer last year. It'll be fine

I’m speaking for myself personally and it’s not just video games. Does anyone care about the final season of stranger things? The new standard of waiting ages for the next installment of whatever is a problem with media in general imo. It’s not even a matter of being impatient, just simply losing interest

We can’t deny that their marketing strategy works, but I’d like to think that we can look back on this moment and realise it was all worth the wait

What you kids going to do if this version is secured and you cannot cheat?

Legit question I honestly am curious the answer to. GTA V would have fizzled out years ago without the cheat menu's. I've got 5000 hours in the game and quit when the cheats were no longer getting banned.
Id still be playing the game if the cheats were ever managed. Now I sit and watch GTA 6 winding up for release and I know for a fact I'm not buying it unless they secure multiplayer.

Not ironically this happened to me in 2011 one random day that I decided for the first time in many years to check Rockstar page because I was bored. And turns out that they announced GTA V first trailer that same day 😂
And all of this was before I had Twitter or mostly any social media.

A watched pot never boils.
The wait would be so much easier without so many reminders.
