How and where to start NSFW

Any idea how and where to start restoration process.Gun seems to function cylinder rotates firing pin and trigger work aswell.Its an old Italian Bodeo 1889 (guys at other subreddit helped and identified it).Do you guys happen to have any idea if it would be safe to fire a round from it after restoring it?
