We received a message tonight regarding this senior stray cat roaming beside a highway. The cat has an eye infection, is very thin and meows without sound. The reporter was able to touch it and clean his face. The reporter will try and contain the cat tonight but if not, I will go in their area in the morning, get it and bring it to the vet.
