I fired up my every-2 years playthrough about a week ago, first time on PC. I am loving mods and just fucking with the world. Oh look, this area needs a dozen owls. You know what would be neat here? 14 alligators. Explosive ammo x100 strength? Yes please. What's that? An NPC that talked shit? You sir, are getting a tornado.
