WRC 10 and Dirt 2.0 offline playability

I really want one of these two games but i also value no internet connection content in games, this is the only criteria left for me to know about which i don't know well, so i'm asking you guys what does the offline parts of these games offer ?

Dirt Rally 2 allows you to play time trials when offline, and free roam or whatever it is. Pretty sure you can just Google this
