He didn’t want to get shot before Christmas but he had ZERO hesitation is depriving a family of their father/brother before Christmas.

If you talk to cops they all have this attitude. They think their lives are more important and they say “I want to make it home to my family” like everyone else doesn’t too.

I don't care if he KNEW he was in danger, he objectively was NOT. Police hallucinating danger is NOT a fucking defense.

Exactly! Also it’s interesting how him getting cancer is somehow relevant to this case. Unfortunately cancer is becoming more and more common but Can’t be an excuse for Murder.

Some good news today - great to hear accountability for once.

Please let us know if he gets any real sentence in prison, for his recreational execution of this unarmed citizen.

I’m sure if he has a punisher tattoo on his arm it will protect him in prison.

He’s going to get probation or something like that. Unfortunate but it really is a two tiered justice system, rules for me not for thee.

He’ll get prison time but, will get the best possible prison experience in a medical unit. Even if he didn’t have cancer, former LEOs are always put in either a segregated unit or, often, the med unit (whether they need it or not). Prison guards take pity on them, still think of them as part of the brotherhood.

IG his name was familiar around the city for how horrible he would treat people

Yeah, OP title says 90+ complaints and use of excessive force! Sounds like the kind of douche bag cop that just has an itchy trigger finger and an "I am the law" attitude. No sympathy for him whatsoever.
