Wtf š³
Good to see the so-called "Good Cops" are helping the victim out šš
21
u/intense_in_tents Sep 11 '24
You can tell how good they are by how they didnt catch a charge or even get fired
1
u/pppapw Sep 12 '24
Yea i thought first that they were going to de-escalate and pull the attacker off of him but they just helped him... today i learned that i've had too high expectations for cops

u/funcouple1992 Sep 11 '24
Every officer who stood by deserves that minimum, and Rodriguez deserves tripple that
39
u/Igoos99 Sep 11 '24
Agree. They should have removed the kid from this guyās physical control and taken over booking him. Standing by and letting/watching the officer do that should be criminal as well.
26
u/wishwashy Sep 11 '24
Standing by and letting/watching the officer do that should be criminal as well.
They actually pinned his legs down while he slammed his head
16
u/Igoos99 Sep 11 '24
They should be charged. If those newbie cops who helped Chauvin kill Floyd were criminally responsible, then these guys definitely are. Iām quite positive they have more time on the force than the chauvin helpers.

u/JudeRanch Sep 12 '24
They were probably scared heād turn on them. Not an excuse at all, this MFāer deserves more jail time than he received but even a badge does not a hero make.

u/Electronic_You8800 Sep 11 '24
You kidding thereād be no cops left lol theyāre all scumbags on ego trips never forget there is no crime small enough a cop wonāt kill you over

u/TrumpsPissSoakedWig Sep 12 '24
No, act small enough. Forget laws, they don't care about that. All you have to do is make them feel stupid. Or just be asleep in your house like Brenna Taylor...

u/Social_anxiety_guy_ Sep 11 '24
There are no good cops they are all always involve in brutality and in abuse of power we have to stop this we need to get organize and abolish their police unions and abolish their national sheriff association as both police unions and the national sheriff association shield the police and sheriffs from not getting held accountable to the full extent of the law for their wrong doings we need changes we need real justice to happen always

Look at these 2 other "heroes" putting a stop to this violent criminal... oh wait... nvm.

That punch looked like it could have killed him...
12
u/theconstellinguist Sep 11 '24
And then he threw him that hard in the cell afterwards. How is this person in control of their body enough to be a police officer.

Any fully grown man who fights a teenager like that is a P.O.S.. Assault on a minor should carry more than a year. That's someone's kid at the end of the day

u/amayagab Sep 11 '24
This pig and his pig buddies should die in prison.

Or just the first part

u/BrickLuvsLamp Sep 11 '24
They saw him punch and slam a man doing nothing and went to pin his legs to make the beating easier, they deserve prison too

Assault to a minor includes a prison sentence of at least 5 years, with a maximum of 30. Second degree assault constitutes a Class D felony. Such a felony can lead to up to seven years in state prison as a punishment.
But you know that's just for us commoners not in the blue

It's on record that this POS was violent several times in the past. While he was a school resource officer and to the shock of no one, domestic abuse.

u/Sad-tacos Sep 11 '24
Wtf? His lawyer even said he wasn't sorry. He was sorry he ended up in federal court. So, not for his actions, but the consequences???

How many other kids has this demon beat and abused without any consequences though?
And the punishment is a light hand-slap compared to a what a normal citizen would get.

Pigs don't talk, they squeal and since the only one to squeal on is himself... Oinkless.

u/revolutiontime161 Sep 11 '24
Wow , they have a whole area just for officers in the prison . How many are in there ??

u/hmmmreallynow Sep 11 '24
We need laws that severely punish police officers who beat up an innocent suspect.
What would be a reasonable punishment for this police officer in your opinion?

u/Waste-Actuary6467 Sep 11 '24
Heās been MADE to believe he can do this and heās not the only one!! Heāll just be hired at another police department THEY WANT MFS LIKE THIS!!
1
u/Waste-Actuary6467 Sep 11 '24
Ohh itās a SAFTY ISSUE ISSUE and theyāre going to make sure HEāS SAFE BUT PEOPLE LIKE US THEY DONāT GAF
1
u/sittinfatdownsouth Sep 11 '24
Why arenāt police officers punished more severely? They are in a position of authority.
If a citizen assaults a public official their offense is heightened, why doesnāt the same apply to a person of authority like an officer?

2 other agents should be charged also for watching this man do what he did without intervening

u/Rough-Star1223 Sep 10 '24
Hmm idk how much i care if in being honest if this kid was one of the classic idiots who beat up bus drivers and teachers ofc thts a jump but yea u cant go around jus attacking minors even if they are mouthy š
24
u/ShamrockSeven Sep 11 '24
Being a criminal doesnāt warrant attempted murder. The Officers job is is to detain and book the criminal. Not be Judge Jury and Executioner because he canāt handle the kid talking a little shit.
I hope this fat pig goes to prison.
-26
u/Rough-Star1223 Sep 11 '24
Attempted murder??? Ok and he did go to prison
26
u/ShamrockSeven Sep 11 '24
Yes attempted murder. How is that not obvious? Sucker Punch, Knee to the chest, Then while sitting on top of him he slams his head into the concrete floor by his hair.
Iām sure if you were in his situation, you would be licking the officers Boot. š„¾š

Meanwhile if I do that to a police officer, I would be getting 5+ years in jail.
