Meanwhile if I do that to a police officer, I would be getting 5+ years in jail.

Or 5+ bullets to the skull

This is just one of so many reasons why all of us need to get well organize and abolish their police unions and abolish their national sheriff association as both police unions and the national sheriff association shield the police and sheriffs from not getting held accountable to the full extent of the law for their wrong doings we need real justice to get serve always

At least all those good apples stepped in and stopped it instead of just watching and helping hi-- oh dang, I guess they did do all that stuff, since you never seem to find any good ones, and especially in jails.

Those guys are the absolute worst scum of the earth ever. Their prisoners/slaves/captives have no constitutional rights for them to worry about. They have to do exactly what they say, no matter what, and they almost never face consequences like this.

All jail guards should have to wear bodycams, and there needs to be civilian oversight. It's an out of sight/out of mind situation and it's fucked beyond reason

Exactly and it has got to get done now as soonest possible

Wtf šŸ˜³

Good to see the so-called "Good Cops" are helping the victim out šŸ™ƒšŸ˜‰

21

u/intense_in_tents Sep 11 '24

You can tell how good they are by how they didnt catch a charge or even get fired

1

u/pppapw Sep 12 '24

Yea i thought first that they were going to de-escalate and pull the attacker off of him but they just helped him... today i learned that i've had too high expectations for cops

u/funcouple1992 Sep 11 '24

Every officer who stood by deserves that minimum, and Rodriguez deserves tripple that

39

u/Igoos99 Sep 11 '24

Agree. They should have removed the kid from this guyā€™s physical control and taken over booking him. Standing by and letting/watching the officer do that should be criminal as well.

26

u/wishwashy Sep 11 '24

Standing by and letting/watching the officer do that should be criminal as well.

They actually pinned his legs down while he slammed his head

16

u/Igoos99 Sep 11 '24

They should be charged. If those newbie cops who helped Chauvin kill Floyd were criminally responsible, then these guys definitely are. Iā€™m quite positive they have more time on the force than the chauvin helpers.

1

u/JudeRanch Sep 12 '24

They were probably scared heā€™d turn on them. Not an excuse at all, this MFā€™er deserves more jail time than he received but even a badge does not a hero make.

16

u/Electronic_You8800 Sep 11 '24

You kidding thereā€™d be no cops left lol theyā€™re all scumbags on ego trips never forget there is no crime small enough a cop wonā€™t kill you over

6

u/funcouple1992 Sep 11 '24

Lol I can dream can't I?

2

u/TrumpsPissSoakedWig Sep 12 '24

No, act small enough. Forget laws, they don't care about that. All you have to do is make them feel stupid. Or just be asleep in your house like Brenna Taylor...

There are no good cops they are all always involve in brutality and in abuse of power we have to stop this we need to get organize and abolish their police unions and abolish their national sheriff association as both police unions and the national sheriff association shield the police and sheriffs from not getting held accountable to the full extent of the law for their wrong doings we need changes we need real justice to happen always

Look at these 2 other "heroes" putting a stop to this violent criminal... oh wait... nvm.

30

u/tidderite Sep 11 '24

please put him with general-population

please put him with general-population

please put him with general-population

please put him with general-population

That punch looked like it could have killed him...

12

u/theconstellinguist Sep 11 '24

And then he threw him that hard in the cell afterwards. How is this person in control of their body enough to be a police officer.

8

u/Legal_Guava3631 Sep 11 '24

Slamming his head into the floor like that too

6

u/Cockblocktimus_Pryme Sep 11 '24

Kneeing his head into the wall

1

u/SnooRabbits9672 Sep 12 '24

Any fully grown man who fights a teenager like that is a P.O.S.. Assault on a minor should carry more than a year. That's someone's kid at the end of the day

40

u/amayagab Sep 11 '24

This pig and his pig buddies should die in prison.

0

u/RegimenServas Sep 11 '24

Or just the first part

15

u/amayagab Sep 11 '24

No. They are accessories to his crime. Fuck em

8

u/BrickLuvsLamp Sep 11 '24

They saw him punch and slam a man doing nothing and went to pin his legs to make the beating easier, they deserve prison too

20

u/tdomer80 Sep 11 '24

And the other cops just fucking stood there.

9

u/RegimenServas Sep 11 '24

No, they helped

33

u/[deleted] Sep 10 '24

looked like attempted murder...

17

u/[deleted] Sep 11 '24

Assault to a minor includes a prison sentence of at least 5 years, with a maximum of 30. Second degree assault constitutes a Class D felony. Such a felony can lead to up to seven years in state prison as a punishment.

But you know that's just for us commoners not in the blue

8

u/iamdenislara Sep 11 '24

What about the other 2 pigs in the video??

3

u/SOMAVORE Sep 11 '24

They get promoted, you know that. They showed gang loyalty.

7

u/Odd_Pool5596 Sep 11 '24

Seems like a reasonable person.

7

u/EagleLize Sep 11 '24

It's on record that this POS was violent several times in the past. While he was a school resource officer and to the shock of no one, domestic abuse.

u/Sad-tacos Sep 11 '24

Wtf? His lawyer even said he wasn't sorry. He was sorry he ended up in federal court. So, not for his actions, but the consequences???

1

u/Entity-Crusher Sep 12 '24

seinfeld episod

4

u/BauserDominates Sep 11 '24

What sentence did the other two get for helping?

4

u/Legal_Guava3631 Sep 11 '24

NoT aLl CoPs. They did absolutely nothing but stand there and watch

3

u/Voilent_Bunny Sep 11 '24

I hope he gets treated the same way but worse

3

u/FloridaHeat2023 Sep 11 '24

How many other kids has this demon beat and abused without any consequences though?

And the punishment is a light hand-slap compared to a what a normal citizen would get.

2

u/brityank Sep 11 '24

And they wonder why the general public hatred them?

2

u/LuigiMPLS Sep 11 '24

Both the witnessing officers should be charged if they did not report this

2

u/rossburnett Sep 11 '24

what about the other two fucks that were helping him?

2

u/namesandfacez Sep 11 '24

Why do I feel like his jail time is going to be like good fellas jail time

1

u/Jubei612 Sep 11 '24

Thoughts and prayers...

2

u/Jubei612 Sep 11 '24

How much time would the kid have gotten if he did that to the pig?

1

u/Big_Preference9684 Sep 11 '24

the scummy lawyer then says heā€™s sorry he got caught

1

u/In-Ohio Sep 11 '24

Piece of shit wearing a badge

1

u/StasisChassis Sep 11 '24

Pigs don't talk, they squeal and since the only one to squeal on is himself... Oinkless.

1

u/revolutiontime161 Sep 11 '24

Wow , they have a whole area just for officers in the prison . How many are in there ??

1

u/philip1955 Sep 11 '24

Heā€™s going to get some serious payback šŸ«¤

1

u/hmmmreallynow Sep 11 '24

We need laws that severely punish police officers who beat up an innocent suspect.

What would be a reasonable punishment for this police officer in your opinion?

1

u/TacoBMMonster Sep 11 '24

That seems low.

1

u/Waste-Actuary6467 Sep 11 '24

Heā€™s been MADE to believe he can do this and heā€™s not the only one!! Heā€™ll just be hired at another police department THEY WANT MFS LIKE THIS!!

1

u/Waste-Actuary6467 Sep 11 '24

Ohh itā€™s a SAFTY ISSUE ISSUE and theyā€™re going to make sure HEā€™S SAFE BUT PEOPLE LIKE US THEY DONā€™T GAF

1

u/sittinfatdownsouth Sep 11 '24

Why arenā€™t police officers punished more severely? They are in a position of authority.

If a citizen assaults a public official their offense is heightened, why doesnā€™t the same apply to a person of authority like an officer?

1

u/NorthYorksFinest7 Sep 12 '24

Hope bro gets a stupid bag for this

1

u/DeeSnutsIII Sep 12 '24

Fuck this fool, make is pussy ass hit gp and see how far he makes on the mainline

1

u/Charming_Water8748 Sep 12 '24

1

u/Idaho_Home Sep 12 '24

Wow absolutely shocking! Pure EVIL

1

u/Frishdawgzz Sep 12 '24

2 other agents should be charged also for watching this man do what he did without intervening

1

u/Jayisonit Sep 13 '24

How much this teen get paid ? Thatā€™s a guaranteed settlement

1

u/Potential_Bid_1321 Sep 14 '24

Only 1 year?? Well maybe he will get a good dose of his own medicine!

1

u/KyleBlegh Sep 15 '24

Fuck the Police.

1

u/Kindly-Conclusion-89 Oct 04 '24

Fuk the feds šŸ·hella corrupted

0

u/bigmanballs1 Sep 11 '24

We all know guys in America pull there pants up before they fight. Teen was squaring up.

-34

u/Rough-Star1223 Sep 10 '24

Hmm idk how much i care if in being honest if this kid was one of the classic idiots who beat up bus drivers and teachers ofc thts a jump but yea u cant go around jus attacking minors even if they are mouthy šŸ˜‚

24

u/ShamrockSeven Sep 11 '24

Being a criminal doesnā€™t warrant attempted murder. The Officers job is is to detain and book the criminal. Not be Judge Jury and Executioner because he canā€™t handle the kid talking a little shit.

I hope this fat pig goes to prison.

-26

u/Rough-Star1223 Sep 11 '24

Attempted murder??? Ok and he did go to prison

26

u/ShamrockSeven Sep 11 '24

Yes attempted murder. How is that not obvious? Sucker Punch, Knee to the chest, Then while sitting on top of him he slams his head into the concrete floor by his hair.

Iā€™m sure if you were in his situation, you would be licking the officers Boot. šŸ„¾šŸ‘…

7

u/LegitimateSituation4 Sep 11 '24

Why are you forcing to believe hypotheticals to defend this?
