They pile on bullshit charges because a lot of times you can’t sue if there are criminal charges pending. The DA will offer to drop charges if you agree not to sue.

That shouldn't be legal

None of this is constitutionally legal. But it also is. Because this country is no longer by the people and for the people. We are not represented in the judicial, legislative or executive. This country is fascist.

This happened to me. I was at a high school basketball game, and someone took a swing at me. He missed and I wrestled him to the ground. I held him there asking for help. The school cop tased me and we both got arrested. The DA agreed to drop the charges if I didn’t sue. I was 19 or 20 at the time so I went along with it.

Please, when the cop’s name is released, include his name in the title of any update posts. When his name is searched, it should describe exactly what he’s done. Looking for names in web links that will break over time only helps them hide from the public and seek employment with other agencies.

This is all too common and why the compliance argument fails. People can do everything commanded and still be beaten or killed. Pigs often are committing rights violations and it's not uncommon for the victims to be completely innocent or be guilty but not enough for probable cause to kick in. Of course, we can't forget about them turning off body cameras, falsifying reports, and committing perjury.

I can almost guarantee their report will say something to the effect “that they told him to get on his stomach several times and he refused to comply.”
Although we see for ourselves he was in shock, not actively “resisting”. They could have put him on his stomach with a feather.

Bro what the actual FUCK? You couldn't have possibly looked more CLEARLY compliant that that. Gee I wonder why people run away for their lives when the cops swarm them. hmmmmm it's a fuckin mystery...

Necessary reminder:
Bad Cops aren't human. Not because of their skin color, mythology of choice, political inclination, sexual orientation, nor patch of dirt they were born on, but by their actions (or lack of) and their intentions

Little does the public know the suspect was about to initiate a “black magic” ritual to cause more drugs and firearms to infiltrate our community, filter into police evidence and then be sold back enriching corrupt officers.
Thankfully officer dingleberry shattered this dudes sternum in order to protect and serve.
Please lick the lowest and nearest leather.

This is the 2nd time I saw an off the camera cop Superman pop in on somebody like what the hell??? In both cases the offensive cop probably can’t even properly see what the “suspect” is doing so not sure why they think even after someone is surrounded by 3-4 of the finest that they need to off screen mbison psycho crusher somebody!

Officer Brandon Momirov remains employed and his actions are under review
The victim and two others were arrested on suspicion of "obstructing official business" and resisting arrest, after police responded to reports of an argument
6 cases of violence involving Canton officers since 2022 are pending. Three of the men in those cases died and three, including McElroy, were seriously injured.
