Tech Support Cat bit the side of my monitor, any hope to revive those pixels ?
I feed her enough but for some reason she prefers the monitor

This has started to happen only recently. I have a GeForce gtx 1080. I hope it’s not what I think it is.

Hello there!
As the titles says, this is how my MSI Optix monitor now looks. This still happens on other inputs and I tried reconnecting the cables/trying new cables but still the same result. Had it for about 2.5 years now and the warranty has already expired. Is this monitor done for?

I have my pc for about a year now without any problems. Recently it just shuts down without any signs. Screens go black pc goes full off.
When i turn it off and on with the power button on the power supply it starts just fine, like nothing happend. And i can use the pc without any issue until it gets an other stroke.
It mostly happend when gaming after 30min to 1 hour. I got it crashing on Cyberpunk 2077, Black ops 6, Titanfall 2 and more. Watch youtube or other stufs works fine.
I got a video of it happening playing Borderlands 3 on ultra graphics setting. When i play on lower settings it also happend but not as fast. The pc started just fine but phone storage was full so video cut short.
All drivers, software and bios are up to date and i did a clean instal of windows 11.
Any idee what could be the problem or what i can do to troubleshoot? Pc specs are below.
AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D GeForce RTX 4070 EAGLE Kingston FURY Beast DDR5 DIMM EXPO 6000MHz 16GB x2 Corsair RM1000X Shift 80+ GOLD MSI MPG B650 CARBON WIFI Samsung 980 Pro M.2 SSD 2TB

Recently my ping in game is 300+ only on my pc. Started to think something may be wrong so did a little exploring and am curious if this is malware or a virus. Any one have any thoughts?

Why is every game I play so blurry??
Recently I’ve built a new pc with a RTX 3070, 5600x and 32gb ram. I also have a 1080p 165hz monitor (BENQ EX240n) I wanted to use this to play games at high settings but it seems like every game is unplayable for me. This happens to me for EVERY game and most recently Elden Ring. This is a game I really looked forward to playing but now it just hurts to look at making it unplayable. I have all my settings on high or maximum. Also when I first did my pc I did some YouTube optimisation videos which might have something to do with this but yesterday I used DDU and the problem is still there.

Hello,
So I bought a new monitor for my set up and when I went to plug the HDMI into my gpu (1070) it sparked really big. Like I’m talking a 1 inch arc flash. I did some investigating and it looks like I tried to plug an hdmi into a DisplayPort, I didn’t force anything in I just fumbled around and hit the wrong slot.
When I did that apparently it killed the gpu since the 1st monitor quit working. I replaced the recently purchased monitor with a new one and bought a new gpu (4070) and fired it up with no monitors plugged in. Seems to work fine. I go to plug in the hdmi to the correct port on the new gpu and I just got an even bigger arc flash and now I’m worried I just fried another monitor and this new gpu. Honestly I’m scared to even have these things plugged in right now. Any ideas on why this is happening?

Any idea what could possibly be using up almost 90% of 32G of RAM with only discord running?
