Tech Support Everyday shit now ....(Help)

Everytime I turn on my pc I am getting this message . How do I fix this . I tried load optimised default but still same message . Boot order is fine . No change even if I disable xmp .

change the batterie on your mainboard

You either have a dead bios battery or you shorted the clear cmos pins.

I'd update your BIOS from the manufacturer's site, if that doesn't fix it, replace your CMOS battery.
