National Well! I'm hopeful for Pakistan (& world), are you?

Practically, there are gems working physically for the betterment of humanity within Pakistan. Talk about law, science, philosophy, philantrophy etc.

Although a tough time may be right now, but it can't last forever. I'm hopeful that many people are and will build this world to be a better place through effort and pure intentions.

Mostly what we see on the media is exaggerated mass troublesome news, but on the other side, hidden enlightenmnent roles are played in secrecy or in a hidden form. As such noble practices do not sell well in the media.

We all should be hopeful for a better future for this and upcoming generations and put an effort into it, be it in any form of practicality.

I also was used to think like that. But I have reached this conclusion that the fundamentals of a country has to get right in order to sustain in the longer run. Which unfortunately on large scale we are struggling with that

A nation is built with united efforts of people who sacrifice their time and energy and even life for making this world better. I think these guys make or maintains a country or the world itself.

Like quoted by Imam Ali a.s (Justice is the base that supports the world)

These are heavy words I believe.

I think hard times do create fine people. And as we live further, we are going to witness more and more better people who deserve authority.

Ohhh, My dearest prayers to Allah is that it should happen. But there are few unfortunate instance where nation going on right track were eventually got destroyed. This is never a guarantee. The external factors should also be favorable

When we will break the chain of slavery, the foreign intervention wont matter at all. We will be good on our own and will be able to help outside our nation.

Its easy to say, but to do is the hard part.

Pakistan is a lost cause or a sinking ship.

Corruption is on the increase, ease of doing business doesn't exist.

Sadly we aren't progressing in any field apart from IT which is mainly made up of freelancing culture.

The worst is going to come, this is just the beginning. Global inflation is high and we can't keep up with the development, instead we are way behind.

Ultimately the majority of Pakistan will end up below the poverty line which will signal the start of a cause by the common man.

Things can improve overnight, investors can come sadly our system doesn't work like that. "Security reasons" is one example why :)

Valid concerns of yours. But we can't and must not lose hope. If we lose that, we are truly destroyed.

Things are really bad. Especially if you are an importer. You can't send money out.

Not many people know this because the media doesn't show this.

There is no hope. We go back every year instead of going forward.

And sadly this is just the beginning because mainly we don't have any foreign investments.

We are banking on the Chinese to invest but to be fair their main players i.e Alibaba etc type are not investing in Pakistan...why would they, they do not get 100% ownership. Whereas across the pond Dubai/UAE attracts them mainly because of 100% ownership.

Why isn't Amazon able to setup warehouses in Pakistan?

Where is PayPal?

Sadly it's going to get worse especially with the silly firewall in place now.

Imports are shut, you can't send money out.

We can blame this to incompetancy of the establishment. And the politicians are just gifted with corruptosorous capabilities, as they are taught to be corrupt from a young age.

Bussiness oppertunities although are minimal and there is a lot of bribe on the way to just do a simple bussiness.

Now thats the cry, but what should be done? Personally I believe that we should do our parts to be better humans and strive by our own selves to make ourselves and surroundings better in whatever way that suits us best.

Not a sinking ship, but this country will slightly(only slightly) progress. Two factors: 1) Global order is shifting. 2) Bbay crisis in developed countries will force capitalist giants to. Move towards populated country. I feel this two factor will make Pakistan slightly better. Don't even think it would be a developed welfare state.

I doubt it. Pakistan doesn't have much apart from IT industry.

Giants won't come here. They have learnt from previous giants and know it's a country where you will lose money.

Look at pia, they can't find an investor for it...why? Corruption...even the Chinese are not willing to touch it. They have money and they can but they know what a mess it is.
