Users Cannot ban spam user

Membershipcurrent272 keeps spamming on our subreddit. However, there is an error whenever you try to go to their profile, and the posts are auto removed. On iOS.

If they're just shadow banned, you should be able to ban them by manually adding them to your ban list.

Try looking at their profile on a computer/internet browser.
