Design Prefilled post link - body text not being inserted

Desktop using the Edge broswer

Hello,
Below are the two versions of the link - the Title is being inserted, but the Body text is not. I used the Inspect tool in Edge and it confirms that the ID is body, so I am at a loss as to why the text is not appearing.
Can anyone advise me?
Thank you.

This is definitely not in my wheelhouse so hopefully more knowledgable mods come along to help!

I just wanted to reply to say, on my Firefox browser and opted into the old design in preferences, the first link prefills the title and body just fine, but the second link prefills only the title. Also on old reddit - the boxes are labeled (not necessarily what it would say with the inspect feature) "title" and "text". So to me I would just use the first link but IDK what you really need for what you want to offer your users.

Thanks for the hint. Changing the link to connect to old Reddit does work, but I'm note sure that's the route I want to go.

Ah, I do think I had read in passing from other mods that prefilled links don't yet work on the new new UI on desktop. I don't think I've seen admin response about that, like if they confirmed it was a bug they were working on or something.

I would maybe crosspost to /r/ModSupport for hopefully admin reply as well if not more eyes on it from other mods to offer advice.

Sadly they deleted my cross-post.

That stinks!

I assume you are a mod of that sub, but maybe not on this account? I wonder if that's why it got removed on ModSupport? Not really sure though.

I'm not, which might be the reason.

Thanks but that's for a message - I'm trying to create one for a post.
