Hardlines Dreams end?

I can't log into my account on the login in Matrix Online on the Hardlines Dreams server, the server is down or what?

I don't know much about it but yeah, seems like that project died years ago, the forum registration's not working either;

the only emu that seems to still be running is the original one by Rajkosto, i.e. https://mxoemu.info/.
