Is this a real episode? Can someone help me find the clip?

I can’t find this anywhere online but I swear it was real. It was a smaller segment, not a main one. It was about a politician (I think from another country but I’m not 100% positive about that) who hated his voice so much he had his political ads dubbed. But then he found an interview and his voice was extremely normal. The ad involved him sitting on a couch, and I think stuff was happening in the background, painting a wall I think?

Did I dream this? Help.

All I know is when he had Gilbert Gottfried dub over Jared Kushner

I do remember this but I know it wasn’t this. It was the politician himself who had it dubbed.

I’m really starting to think I somehow made this up and didn’t realize.
