Lamp shade collar?

I moved and dissembled lamps (mistake) and now I have a bunch of these and no idea where they are supposed to go.

What do the numbers mean? How do I get one that fits a lamp I don’t have one for?

I don’t know how to add another picture but the other sides all match in the grooves. I know they’re for different lamps or something though?
