Please fix the pit crew in the offseason
I beg you. Twice this year Kmag made huge progress early in a race only to immediately get fucked with a 7+ second pit stop. They are consistently the slowest pit stops in the field and it's costing them.

They have made huge progress in 2024 compared to 2023!! I am sure that they aren’t the worst, at all

They are working with OLD Ferrari pit equipment , even the best pit crew going would struggle with something 10 years old. I guess they saw it better to spend the money elsewhere this season

Sorry, that's not accurate, the pit equipment they had for many years was used gear but last year they got a full pit refresh along with new guns and equipment. This year's expenditure was a new hospitality suite that should arrive for next season.

Apologies my information was from a trackside team member, I’ll inform them they are wrong!!

And my info came from the company that did the garage upgrades. Maybe they gave me bad info, if they are still using the old gear I'd really hope that Gene forks out for an upgrade, especially with the additional $ from the P7 finish.

We enjoyed a season of mostly sub 4 second stops and a lot of times sub 3. Long stops are gut punches but every team has them throughout the season and they have done a very good job improving them this year.
Still some work to be done but there is lots to be proud of this year!
