Cargo and Shipments are 10k per unit. Pharmaceutical Research is 8.5k per unit. Cash Creation is 3.5k per unit.

Cargo is Cargo, Pharma is Meth, Cash is Cash.

These sell separately to your bunker? so you can't do one big sale for what's in the nightclub and bunker if you're running that also?

18

u/Drama100 Jul 24 '18

Seperately yes. And you dont need to get supplies for the Nightclub. All you need to have is all the business's active (not shut down) and you get the product in nightclub.

u/CallingYourBulllshit Jul 24 '18

Thanks for answering, as for storage, will just doing gun running only fill 1 floor or if I buy all 5 will it eventually fill all 5?

Also have you got the option to renovate after you've bought a nightclub?

6

u/Drama100 Jul 24 '18

I think its like the more floors you buy the higher amount of Stock per each item you can store.

Like with one floor only the max amount of Coke was 2 units. So i think the more floors you got the bigger amount of the product you can store.

And you can renovate it after you have bought it.

Thanks for the answer But sorry to clarify - I can fill my whole 5 floors up with just gun running?

3

u/cashvoid Jul 24 '18

You'll get a certain amount of storage for each good per floor you buy.

Can you clarify the "active" for me. I've had people tell me you need a business with supplies and sells running. Another says you just need a set up business. So let me ask.

If I buy an MC, and buy the factory for it to make money. But then, I dont bother doing anything else. Just enough that I CAN start running MC sells, but choose not to. Would this count as active?

so, it seems with all this information going around, here is my take on it:

"active" businesses means that you only need to have the MC business open, or active. think of it as the MC business is open, but it doesn't have any stock or supplies in it (all those bars are empty). you DO NOT need to resupply the businesses for the nightclub to make things. The nightclubs make their own stuff at their own rates (without the need for MC supplies or product), assuming you have a manager npc (based in your nightclub) linked to the MC business.

merely starting up your MC business for production/resupply counts as "active" status. you can do resupply/sale missions for your MC stuff as you like, but either has NO effect on nightclub production.

Thank you. I have one important question. Does that LJT still keep calling you when supplies are low?

2

u/rgrwng Jul 25 '18

Yes. LJT does keep calling about active, empty businesses, and how i need to urgently get supplies and sell more product.

1

u/BoxOfDemons Jul 27 '18

So I tested this out myself. And all the active business end up costing me the about as much as I'm earning... Not really profitting much. Am I doing something wrong?

If you guit CEO/MC you won't pay the daily mantainance fees. Then you can AFK in the nightclub watching the DJ tream on computer and return after a couple of hours to sell.

Yes, i know. If someone knows how much time every item takes per unit i can edit that in the post also. Personally i didnt check how much it took for the 2 items i sold.

3

u/Sillyrabbit413 Jul 24 '18

Do you have to source cargo for these supplies?

6

u/Drama100 Jul 24 '18

No need to source cargo or supplies for the Nightclub stuff. You just buy the club and the product will appear in the storage, but slowly.

2

u/matrixasiseefit PS4 Jul 25 '18

Not completely true. You have to hire/buy techs to manage your businesses from the Club computer Hub. After the techs are hired and assigned to a business then the supply units will be produced.

u/MTG8Bux Jul 24 '18

Do the personalized orders operate on a timer or anything?

2

u/MTG8Bux Jul 25 '18

Update: From what I’ve seen they change over time regardless of if you fulfill them or make another sale. I think you may be better off just letting your boys cook up a whole bunch of stuff and then fulfilling the personalized orders rather than selling by batch of product type, but I haven’t seen payouts for either yet.

3

u/aHellion [PC] BootyBearr Jul 25 '18

I did one specialized sale, it wasn't a huge order. It paid 80-90k, the product they ordered was worth around 60-80k. So potentially a 25% bonus for specialized orders?

2

u/Drando_HS Jul 25 '18

That really ain't that bad tbh. For comparison, the unit for normal Gunrunning is $7,000.

2

u/Drama100 Jul 27 '18

"A Fully upgraded Bunker will create 1 unit of stock worth $7K/unit every 7 minutes. The bunker will be full in 700 minutes (11 hours and 40 minutes.)"

11 hours for full bunker, it takes like 60 hours to ge the full stock on NC. so yeah its bad.

1

u/ShaneWookie Aug 09 '18

Yeah, but if you're not running supply missions, which stops production every time, then it's not too bad. Set it and forget it. Yes it takes longer, but whatever, you can worry about other stuff or still run your other businesses as you have been. Seems to me this is just an extra bonus for no other reason than GTA was stale and they needed something to keep us playing.

2

u/xVonDrake Aug 07 '18

So basically to summarize, put 5 technicians in order of the best paying businesses and leave it running right? Not worth bothering with weed and documents, right?

1

u/Drama100 Aug 07 '18

yeah correct.

1

u/xVonDrake Aug 07 '18

Guess I'll have a pretty empty extra floor lol

3

u/Drama100 Aug 09 '18

meaning what? Each extra floor you buy gives you more space for every items. Like lets say you have 2 floors and you buy 3rd one. You get some more "slots" To coke, some to cargo etc. Its not like 1 floor is for coke, 1 cargo etc.

1

u/KernelPanick56 Agent 14 is Daddy Jul 24 '18

thank you for this!

1

u/Drortmeyer2017 Jul 24 '18

this needs to be sorted out and pinned.

1

u/Drama100 Jul 24 '18

Yeah, i maybe should have posted as PSA, but i think i cant edit the tittle no more.

1

u/[deleted] Jul 24 '18

I'm pretty sure you can edit the flair

1

u/Drama100 Jul 24 '18

Damn i really can. Just put it under psa.

1

u/Xamepon Jul 24 '18

So if I only have 1 tech I should just focus on Coke?

1

u/Drama100 Jul 24 '18

For me atleast it took really long time to get the 1 unit for Coke, like 3 hours or more. Dont know if it was bugged or something but. Dont know how long it takes for every item to create a unit of supply, but my guess it some item in the middle would be the best, not the highest value in money but wont take as long as the Coke.

1

u/Exospacefart Jul 29 '18

Just waiting for a list of full timings!

2

u/Drama100 Jul 30 '18

Edited those in now

1

u/PLTytus Jul 24 '18

Its look like cost per unit in nightclub is cost without upgrades in original businesses.
Maybe its the same about time of production.

1

u/ShaneWookie Aug 09 '18

So when he has 'upgrades' listed in the above table we're talking about the bunker, clubhouse, etc and not some upgrades in the nightclub?

1

u/m3phastophilis Jul 25 '18

So, does popularity/promotion have anything to do with the efficiency of the businesses, or is that purely just for the 10k per day it gives you in the safe?

1

u/Zagezero Jul 25 '18

It is purely just for the 10k per day. You would make less money per day if your popularity isn't at max, so you have to do promotion missions to continue to earn the 10k maximum per day. Promoting doesn't have anything to do with the efficiency of your other businesses.

1

u/m3phastophilis Jul 25 '18

so rockstar thinks we will do 3 or 4 missions regularly to keep earning 10k per day?! They really don't know us very well do they?

1

u/Zagezero Jul 25 '18

Apparently not, it seems that this dlc isn't very profitable at all unless you play for ungodly amounts of time. 66 hours at max upgrades to earn 500k, and the only way to make that more profitable is buying the other businesses in order to gain extra within that time frame.

1

u/[deleted] Jul 27 '18

Will you receive product while offline?

2

u/Drama100 Jul 27 '18

ofc not, that would make no sense lol.

1

u/[deleted] Jul 28 '18

Question, do I need to resupply each business I order for my nightclub associates to do the work?

1

u/Drama100 Jul 30 '18

No. All you need to have is the business running (Not shut down). Doesn't matter if you have supplies on the business or not.

1

u/ShaneWookie Aug 09 '18

Oh my god, thank you for this! I opened a club last night (still not sure why) and was wondering what all the product was for now. I didn't see anything for my other businesses and was about to give up.

1

u/Krazlau Sep 21 '18

Does anyone know if getting equipment upgrades in the night club AND in the source business boost it or is it only necessary for the nightclub?

1

u/Peterhausen_ Xbox One Jul 24 '18

Why did they have to implement cuts again? -,-

u/Dohmi Jul 24 '18

Tony's excuse is the IRS... As if we haven't saved their asses from that AI

We'll have to wait for GTASeriesVideos crew to feel out all the DLC and it's technicalities and put a vid together before we go and start making guides and shit.
