This makes no sense to me. I can do the elite challenge in around 11:45-12:00 everytime now. What approach are you using?

I can solo it in 10 minutes I could literally fumble 3 times and still get elite

This shouldn’t take more than 8 minutes, no matter which approach you go for.

For the Casino heist, sure. No way the Cayo should take that long, if someone knows when they’re doing. The only time people are that slow, is when they copy TGG or something.
