Never seen an npc slip on the ice before

A fun thing to do is to find a big group of people standing around downtown. Get a vehicle with slick mines added and drop a few on the sidewalk. Then go to the other side of the group and aim/shoot at them. They’ll immediately start running away, which will trip the slick mines, and then you can watch the whole group repeatedly fall down, get up and try to run, and immediately fall again.

It’s more satisfying than you might think.

They do. Majority of Imani Tech vehicles can be equipped with them.

I like doing this at the casino entrance. My other activity is to push an npc into another one and watch them fight it out, this is made even better if you call the cops and they arrive while the NPCs are still fighting.

I do exactly this like once a week lmfao. It never fails to make me giggle. I love doing it outside the nightclubs since they're all bunched up

If you aggro one and combat roll right as they punch you, they'll slip on the ice too. Snow makes them more ragdolly

Oh it's one of my favorite this to do. Startle them and watch them fall into other people. It almost always starts a fight. 60% of the time it works 100% of the time.
