- walk dogs

- stretch

- arm exercises

- water front garden

  • water back garden

- finish Wednesday reading

- put trash bins at curb

- pack up bag for class,make sure papers books etc are there

- continue clearing out guest room

- put cardboard in recycling bin

  • take clothes to consignment store

- walk work 🐕🐕

  • pick up clothes not sold,take to donation center

  • vacuum (vacuumed half a room lol)

  • wash dishes

  • wash dog bowls

  • class

  • brush teeth

  • mouth guard

  • bring trash cans back

- make Thursday plan

- take vitamin

  • take meds

All the best with your day today. And yes, overall I find planning out my day really helps me. Today's might be slightly vaguer for me today but it still gives me clarity, focus and helps me track & remember the important things (plus I use Google Calendar for appointments etc.)

🫧 HYGIENE ETC: Shower (night) 🦷 teeth morn ✅night ✅hair brush✅ comb ✅skin etc📓 Gr@ Journal some🖐️ EFT✅🤩Listen to affs & repeat. 🥰Re-read gratitude journal entries for the wk so far. 🕵🏻‍♀️Look @ job sites on daily plan for today. ✅ 💼Job centre appointment. Use notes. Assert self if needed. ✅🛒Buy milk, Belvita & cheese ✅💬Message back IK & stay on top of messages today. ✅📖Read what makes me a good employee list 👍🏻What I did right prompts try to do them daily starting today. Also, read Dec. ones so far. 👋🏻Check FWP intro post submitted, if not then re-do. ✅💪🏻2 x 20 ankle stretches ✅2 x 20 calf drops ✅

How to break up with your phone by Catherine Price.

It is an easy read and the stuff it talks about isn’t particularly novel, but the book lays everything out together so you can better comprehend how bad your phone addiction has been.

I think later on it gives a plan or strategies to reduce screen time.

Got moon time today, major cramps and brain fog. In bed now, for the remainder of the day, i plan to go thru articles for podcast prep and pick out info to slot into outline of my comments. In between cramps, if i get a break, i will to make tofu for dinner. if there is time, i will relax with a movie. And go to bed early!, unlike last night, so today, i'm dragging.
