I'd say Israel and Palestine should be at the very top.

If thats not total hate, I dont know what is.

Nah, they definitely hate each other but they've been close to peace several times and deep down they kinda appreciate the worldwide attention their conflict has given them. Besides, there are more or less "centrist" factions on both sides with the Christians, Samaritans and Druze with the Palestinians and Labour Zionists/B'tselem types, unlike the three rivalries in the A tier where'll you'll hardly find a SINGLE soul who would at least admit that both countries have done wrong

Polish People and germans do not hate each other at all lol. In fact, they make great friendships.

Also Ukraine vs Russia should be in top tier since war

When the Oder scandal happened Poles and Germans were fighting Serbia vs. Croatia style wars on Twitter and other platforms, and the whole WW2 reparations thing is still lingering in the air. The tension is still there.

I live in Germany and have a lot of polish friends or people I went to school with and I can tell you that this is not true at all in real life

Dominicans and Haitians, Is just pure racism and xenophoby from one side to the other, the hatred is not mutual

Similar to North korea and South Korea, of courds south koreans hate north korea government, but not northkorean people.

Couldn't tell if that first flag was Romania or Chad. But I don't think Chad has beef with Azerbaijan, so I'll guess Romania

Sorry but I don’t really agree. Israel and Palestine should be on the top. Turkey and Greece should be C, China and Taiwan should be higher. Also I see how you put Tonga and Samoa as E. But let me tell you I have meet a Tongan person and she does not like Samoa at all. So maybe higher Tonga and Samoa.
