Possibility of merging history from a mobile source?

A few months ago, I posted about how my history would delete after a while. I fixed that issue, but currently I do not have the roughly 3 or so months of history that were deleted. They currently show up on Nightly on my phone, but I cannot sync it over since its been too long ago. Is there some other way for me to transfer the data, or extract it from my phone? I am not very familiar with Android.
