When he screws two pieces of wood together, he slaps it and says “that ain’t goin’ anywhere”.

I mean, that’s weird from the perspective of the Republican nominee.

“What? Work up a sweat? Do manual labor? What do I not pay people for?”

The only time Trump gets sweaty is when he thinks about his own daughter.

That, and standing up, sitting down, breathing, shitting his pants, etc

60

u/Alfonse00 Aug 22 '24

Seriously, in general, if a person is in the age that a lot of people use diapers they shouldn't be in politics, we have a cutoff age for most jobs in the world, why not for politicians? Why not for judges? That is weird.

11

u/KvasirMeadman Aug 22 '24

Politics is like a public bus, if you frequently shit yourself, you shouldn't get into it because your only gonna make alot of people mad.

3

u/Karasmilla Aug 22 '24

In politics there are more nuances about keeping people longer in their seats. Out of many things some are: their connections, experience and charisma. Someone who can bring a lot to the table, and also represent the party and the country well. Ps. I also agree there should be a cap for such an important position.

Breathing knocks the wind out of that guy

2

u/grumblesmurf Aug 22 '24

Oooh, "shitting his pants" you say? Well, their candidate got that covered 😜

u/krat0s5 Aug 21 '24

Or walking up a non sweat-inducing amount of stairs, or meat sweats from to many hambuders

1

u/Leopardprints67 Aug 22 '24

I'm sure he gets at least some exercise throwing the burgers at the wall. 🤣🤣

2

u/DogFacedKillah Aug 21 '24

My lumber comes in a shopping bag

3

u/anomolius Aug 22 '24

"One wood, please!"

2

u/Shelley-DaMitt Aug 21 '24

That made me laugh out loud 😂

1

u/SquirrelRailroad Aug 21 '24

Or tries to drink from bottled water.

2

u/Scaevus Aug 21 '24

The good news is that he doesn’t appear to have the physical strength and coordination to push the button.

Hurricanes everywhere can breathe a sigh of relief.

1

u/SingleNegotiation656 Aug 22 '24

He'll just "redirect" them with a sharpie

1

u/foolserrand77 Aug 22 '24

The cheeto burrito sweats using two hands to drink water.... WEIRD AS FOOK

u/syzamix Aug 22 '24

They would kill to have a person like that among them. Suddenly, he would be the image of what republicans want to be.

Unfortunately, a person like that wouldn't last long or rise in that party for other reasons. So they can't have a chill person like that.

So they have to hate everything they can find

Picks up BBQ tongs and instinctively gives it 2 taps

31

u/DiurnalMoth Aug 22 '24

how else would he know they're working?

3

u/lord_dentaku Aug 22 '24

You have to function check your tongs. It's just... a rule, or something.

6

u/TheArbiter_ Aug 22 '24

Tbf that's part of the bro code. Every dude should know/do that

2

u/Robwsup Aug 22 '24

That's the point, lol. One of us.

3

u/notyoursocialworker Aug 22 '24

Only psychos do otherwise.

63

u/serenitybyjen Aug 21 '24

I’d bet he has a crate of randomly shaped wood pieces that he just knows he’ll have a need for someday.

36

u/FireFoxQuattro Aug 22 '24

Then the one day he finds a use for one peice, he proceeds to brag to his wife for the next 12 hours saying “see, told you it wasn’t junk”

13

u/tearsonurcheek Aug 22 '24

And a Mason jar full of random screws.

3

u/conejiux Aug 22 '24

And a Mason jarS full of random screws.

That age... there's more than one. Many more. xD

2

u/tearsonurcheek Aug 22 '24

Fair. I know when I worked on the flight-line, I kept film canisters in my toolbox for that kind of thing.

2

u/napalmnacey Aug 22 '24

You’re all describing my Dad, except he’s German and in Australia.

6

u/ATL28-NE3 Aug 22 '24

don't forget a plastic tub of electronics cables.

5

u/OldSpongeWater Aug 22 '24

Does a random, branded ziploc bag from some other online, electronics purchase work?

3

u/UlyssesGrand Aug 22 '24

It’s even better because you are saving a plastic bag from the trash.

2

u/fungi_at_parties Aug 22 '24

Just one?

1

u/ATL28-NE3 Aug 22 '24

Yeah when you fill one up you just buy a bigger box and use the old smaller box for loose bolts

19

u/[deleted] Aug 21 '24

He walks by mulch at Menards and slaps the top of it?

5

u/Fluggernuffin Aug 21 '24

“Chips off the old block!”

6

u/ThatOneTwo Aug 22 '24

I literally did this yesterday. Verbatim. I'm 41.

3

u/ThePrideOfKrakow Aug 22 '24

He doesn't need to slap, he knows it ain't goin nowhere.

3

u/roknin Aug 22 '24

This is the most dad / granddad thing in existence. laughed as I suddenly had like a dozen childhood flashbacks lol.

3

u/BigZaber Aug 22 '24

Damn - what a man !

2

u/DeliciousDoggi Aug 22 '24

When he screws two pieces of ass together, he slaps them and says, “that ain’t going anywhere”.

2

u/mr_trashbear Aug 22 '24

He has never picked up tongs and not clicked them twice to make sure they work.

1

u/Character_Lie2212 Aug 21 '24

The bastard.😜

1

u/Sckillgan Aug 21 '24

On another episode of 'whack-fuck'.

1

u/BippyTheChippy Aug 22 '24

Or if he slaps bags of soil/fertilizer when he sees them.

1

u/Neither_Mind9035 Aug 22 '24

Lmfaooo I love this

1

u/Severe_Pattern2386 Aug 22 '24

Eh.... More like a ratchet strap over the trailer or pickup bed. Snaps it "twang" , that ain't going anywhere!
