Fuck that. I'm 39, and getting high and playing video games after work is the hobby for me and all the other IT guys I know. From interns to two dudes in their 60s.
He doesn't seem the type to just nibble on tiny chips. He seems more like the type to order bulk, concentrated lead. As in full-on bars. That he nibbles and drools on like a baby would on a teething toy.
Sounds like a great dad, I grew up with that game on PC. Now my kids watch me playing games and we all enjoy that time together. Can't wait till they show me their creativity in block games, strategic skills I Civ-likes and many more to come.
I want to watch them playing one day when I cannot anymore.
I am 47 and had to show my teen son how to mod and play fallout 4. been trying to get him to play for YEARS now. glad the fallout series brought some interest to the games.

Seriously. As a 40+ all I'm saying is... is 35 old?? I wish I could be 35 again, that shit was awesome and fun. This is fun too (more work with kids) but holy fuck, it's okay to have fun. Also props to Walz for owning a Dreamcast, that's some legit clout right there
Iโd venture to guess the average age of players of new single-player games is probably around 30 at least. Alan Wake 2 has references going back to the original Max Payne from 2001.
