Apps doing College & Career Readiness Stuff.
Besides the ones I list below, are there any other major apps/systems that help students find & plan for their careers, while also partnering with K12 counselors and higher education recruiters? Maybe ones that you think would be in a Top Ten list?
- Naviance
- Xello
- SchooLinks
- Kuder
- Scoir
- BigFuture
- MajorClarity
- MaiaLearning
- Overgrad
- PeopleGrove

I’d make sure to check out YouScience. They are the only app/system that uses aptitudes to guide students to best fit careers.

I met them at IEI last year. Those are some smart people solving interesting problems.

Discovery Education ‘Career Connect.’ It is FREE but the company updates it weekly - I find it super relevant. I will link it, but you can find it on their general website without having to log in or share your data. Career Connect

You made a good list! You might also want to check out PathwayU, CareerOneStop, or YouScience. They focus on job exploration, tests, and making sure that education paths are aligned. You might want to add these to your top ten!

We are building dabbL (https://www.go-dabbl.ai) to help student and counselors optimize college and career planning using AI. Available as mobile and web app, and completely free at the moment, we would be grateful for any feedback. Thank you!
