Photo or Video The Smallest Duck Egg In The World
Yesterday I just walked into my coop to collect eggs, I thought it was a poop at first, will update when I crack it & cook it.
I think this should hold a world record or something; no, it’s not a pebble.

I got one of those eggs from one of my girls, too! It was totally random!
No yolk, but super cute.

put it in your nature basket. It will dry out and years from now you can look back upon it in wonder.

It wouldn't just go bad? What do you mean by 'nature basket'?
I like your philosophy man.

we have a big wicker easter basket that we stick all manner of little keepsakes in, acorns, leaves, bird nests, dried beetles, moss, punk, shedded snakeskins, 'special' eggs, etc. Our eggs just dried out and went hollow. I would not try it with a full sized egg. First eggs tend to be tiny, we saved and dated a few with the names of who laid them.

I used to have little basket with empty (blown out) chicken & duck ‘fairy/fart’ eggs laid by our flock. We kept an empty ostrich egg above the fireplace.

Congrats on your first fart egg! Cook away, but better to make the world teeniest egg white omelette. Odds are there's no yolk.
They'll get better, give the girl a chance!
