I've got approximately 38 views on my tiktok videos, which for someone my age, I think makes me an internet star.

Uhh, the app is spyware, likely associated with an authoritarian regime. That’s not stupid to be against. Why would you think it’s stupid to be against authoritarian government spyware?

Not an argument

Before it was removed tiktok would constantly copy your clipboard when the iphone added that notification system this was discovered. It's also rather concerning having your personal data being sent to Chinese servers because if the Chinese government ever wants any info on you they can simply seize it from the company.

I know that, the above comment still isn't an argument

I agree that it wasn't much of an argument just want to make sure people know what they are installing on their devices.

If you can’t be bothered to read any of a number of reputable sources at the link I do helpfully provided, I doubt you’d be persuaded if I summed them up. Oh well. Moving along.

if you can't Google it yourself and come to the conclusion that I came to because I do t have any argument or know what I'm talking about, I'm going to leave
What a shitty take

This is legitimate. Investigation and everything.
I don't give a shit about people making dumb content on the internet. This wasn't dumb, I just mean I think the focus of the hate isn't the app itself or the content, it's the nature of the company that created it.
