Self confidence and insecurities have worsened

So i used to be relatively confident , couldn't talk to girls still but I've improved on that but for most of my subjects I'm struggling with confidence, I used to be in the second set (the class based on your intelligence) and I was in the top 3 smartest in the class and now thst I've been moved up to top set now I'm one of the dumbest and it makes me feel self conscious about my intelligence.

Also I feel as if I'm ugly and annoying based off what 1 or 2 people have said but how some act as well .

That’s great that you’re talking to girls bro, most guys don’t even try. Be proud that you have some level and experience of talking to them.

It makes sense that you’re insecure about your intelligence because you just reached a new level. You’re not used to it yet. You shouldn’t be insecure because those kids have been in that class or level longer than you. Don’t forget, if its hard on you, then it’s also hard for them.

For the looks, you can try going to the gym and start eating healthy. And don’t take things too seriously about how other people perceive you because beauty is subjective.

I could try to help you if you gave me more info about yourself to work on your personality bro.

Intelligence is no more a source of confidence than beauty is, it wouldn't matter if you were Elmer Fud providing you not only accept who you are but that you always work from that position.

The situation is never hopeless, we simply project hopelessness into a situation in order to learn something about ourselves. For one we never fail because we can only ever achieve a thing and lose sight of a thing which is more a test of resolve, falling from a mountain doesn't erase the fact that its erected by experience alone. If you think about it there's no better way to grasp the dimensions of self then to fall from the height of experience where later we leap, it's what unifies the unstoppable force with the immovable object.
