oh the problem is that my body automatically wakes up after 4-5 hours, its annoying >:/

My body does that too. I hate waking up at 6 in the morning on a weekend because that's when I wake up for work.

That’s so weird. My record for continuous time asleep is 23h and with barely any sleep deprivation at that.

You should sleep more.

I’ve just been setting an alarm for in 12 hours before going to bed for the past month and it actually worked, I’m not tired during the day anymore.
