Is street the breed name?

It means your cat doesn't have a breed. If you don't know, didn't came with a pedigree, nor does the vet know - your cat doesn't have a breed.

I had a cat where three people swore up and down he was a Maine Coon, and a fourth said that he was either a Maine Coon or had lots of Maine Coon in him.

He was a whopping 11 pounds and his ear "tufts" were barely there. And after his death I found a cat identical in looks that has zero relation to him. (Unless he had a chance to breed before the shelter got him, and his progeny managed to travel 200 miles over 18 years.)

Edit: And they both look just like a couple of cats in the top picture of this subreddit.

Me, with three (not Maine Coon, very average-sized) cats at 12.5, 14, and 15 lbs, seeing someone call an 11 lb cat “whopping” Maine Coons are typically around the 20lb range fyi!

Yeah my regular ass cat was 14 pounds and the vet said he just had a large frame 🤷‍♂️
