Medical Questions Should we be worried?

My GF is a little worried for her 3 year old cat, one nipple is darker and the skin surrounding feels weird

Cat is a female and spayed

Should we observe or could it even just be pigmentation?

I wouldn't worry. One of my nipples is darker than the other two and the doctor says it's fine.
