Not for 2K!!! I have 3 tabbies of my own and paid for none of them. Their food is expensive because they need to eat better than me and live forever so I guess that makes up for having no initial cost lol

If I had that kind of money to spend on a cat, I'd still take in strays/adopt from shelters. I'd love to be in a place financially where I could adopt senior cats or those with special needs from shelters though. My oldest is 11 so he will be a senior soon enough.

I've never heard a sound from this 1/2 Siamese 1/2 Burmese aka Tonkinese girl during any of her stays at the cats only boarding facility I manage. That's not to say that she isn't talkative at home with her mama. She has extremely communicative eyes and expressive body language though.
