Since it's for a made up planet then this is pretty straightforward:

  1. Draw a circle, make it large enough to draw things in, put a point in the middle of the circle. That point is your north pole, and the circle itself represents the south pole. All features of your map go into that space between your "north" and "south" poles. In between these poles, draw the land and water features that this world of yours has. These features sometimes appear more flattened towards the edge if the map, but it's not a huge deal.

  2. You need a grid. In your case, lines of latitude and longitude work just fine. To draw lines of longitude, think of it like cutting a pizza. Draw one line that bisects the circle, and then another one that is perpendicular to it. Bisects these segments until you are left with either 8 or 16 pieces. I recommend 8 segments for smaller maps, since you don't want your map to just be a bunch of lines. Lines of Latitude are a bit harder to draw for these maps, and in your situation, you're probably just better off looking up examples of it and winging it, it's just several (in your case, use 3) progressively large circles stemming from the center point

  3. Dress it up and make it look pretty. Add things like a map name, maybe a key if you have important features that you want highlighted, although maps of this kind don't always need keys. Maps typically need compasses, but I'm personally not sure what that would look like on a map like this considering every direction basically equates to south, so you probably shouldn't lose sleep over not having a compass

TL;DR 1. Draw a circle. Put stuff in the circle 2. Draw lines through it like you're cutting a pizza, add a few smaller circles around your center point 3. Name, Key, Colors
