Nice job laying it out, so you know how to attack going forward. What about those issues that arise that are current problems but you can't do anything about? Say money is tight and the electric company raises rates, you can't do anything about it aside from moving. Just a thought.

You control what up can control. I would use the right side and now, but future day... action plan it when will you move when will upstart the job search all the details get on paper and attack the plan when it's time. If it's not time then use i am not thinking about it till it is time to. Or if you won't move or take action the action plan is to accept it and move on. This tree works for every situation, the timing of when to use it and the action plan is just as important as remembering hypothetical anxiety is wasted rent in your head.

Also the let worry go is a huge part. Next yr I'll write the trees out better but it works for me this yr
