My first iteration of a yearly cycling log and I'm pretty pleased with it.  Each 5mm dot along the x axis represents a week with black being miles and red elevation.  If I have particularly memorable ride I will note it with a number and description above.  Could thread this to another longer journal entry about the ride by including a page number.  Contemplating adding a blue line representing time but I don't want it to get too crowded

Very cool spread, and great job on cycling so much this year!

Did you only do one ride per week, or did you log individual rides and then sum them up to put on this spread?

Thank you!

The weeks are totals over multiple rides. My cycling computer will give weekly recaps which I plot on Sundays.

I think the blue line wouldn't make it too crowded but may not be super useful (imo) if you're looking to see how you're performing. For me, I would prefer something like average mile time for each ride plotted on a third line. But of course it's all what's most helpful to you! I love this idea it's a very cool spread I haven't seen before.

I love seeing everyone's completed trackers in December. I abandoned all of mine by about June, so it's nice to live vicariously (:

Such a cool spread and congrats on your cycling progress! Will definitely be stealing this for a running tracker next year

This is so cool! The blue line sounds useful and I don't think it would make it too cluttered. Could always prototype it somewhere else if you don't want to risk it!

I think I'll be pinching this idea for my hiking trips next year, heehee thanks!
